Star Ocean: First Departure preview at IGN.

"Eleven years ago, Enix released an RPG on the Super Famicom that melded elements of fantasy and science fiction to create a rather unique franchise. The Star Ocean series quickly became known for its real-time combat, item creation system and inclusion of level based killer moves. Unfortunately for North American fans, the title was never released outside of Japan. That appears to be changing with the upcoming Star Ocean: First Departure for the PSP."
