PaRappa the Rapper interview at 1-up.

"Did yesterday's news about a possible (and probable) return of PaRappa the Rapper get you wondering what else series creator and NanaOn-Sha studio head Masaya Matsuura is up to? On Tuesday, the designer released his latest project, Musika, onto Apple's iTunes multimedia store. Yes, that means the game is only available for iPods right now -- but don't act like you don't already have one. Plus, it's only $4.99.

James Mielke and I spent more than half an hour on the phone with Matsuura on the eve of Musika's launch. Matsuura had only just emerged from bed when we started up the conference call, but that didn't seem to dampen his enthusiasm for discussing Musika, PaRappa, the state of music games and their rise in North America and a number of other musical topics."
